Lookout & Wonderland Forest Bathing Soak

Bring the spirit of the trees home to your bath with this Forest Bathing Bath Soak.

Shinrin-Yoku, known as forest bathing in English, is the Japanese practice of communing with nature. This process of walking meditation and absorbing the forest's atmosphere has been shown to reduce stress, lower cortisol levels, and improve sleep. The earthy and grounding scent of this soak captures the calm of the forest while nourishing your skin.

As an ode to the West Coast, it contains tree oils from California to Washington State, and purified, untreated sea salt directly harvested from the Pacific Ocean off the Oregon coast. The 10-ounce bag of mineral-rich bath salt is good for up to 4 baths.

For use as a bath, foot soak, or scrub:
•Bath soak- add a heaping handful to bath, soak for at least 20 minutes to aid mineral absorption and relaxation.
•Foot bath- add a handful to warm water and soak until relaxed
•Scrub- small handful for gentle body exfoliation

Pacific Northwest sea salt, magnesium sulfate, organic Rosehip oil, organic jojoba oil, Cypress essential oil, Cedarwood, Ho Wood essential oil, Spruce oil, Bay Laurel Leaf essential oil, Lemon Balm essential oil, Amber oil, Ylang Ylang essential oil, and naturally occurring linalool.
